Accessibility and improvement plan for the Manacor History Museum

Technical support and development of a set of actions to strengthen various aspects of the institution, such as strategy, accessibility, and communication.

The main lines of work have been the drafting of the 2024-2032 Master Plan, a usage plan for a new annex building for collection management and public activities, and the implementation of the accessibility plan, with actions such as adapting content for easy reading, designing resources for cognitive accessibility, and a specific protocol for temporary exhibitions.

A citizen participation project has also been promoted for the museological and museographic renovation of the Molí d’en Fraret. Internal protocols for guided tours have been developed, also, content created for social media, and a new museum guide.
