“San Esteban de Gormaz, Puro Duero, Tierra de Frontera” Sustainable Tourism Destination Plan.

Technical assistance for the development and planning of the Sustainable Tourism Destination Plan actions, including the drafting of the technical report, the tourism diagnosis of the destination, the coordination of working groups, interviews with key stakeholders, the promotion of participatory workshops, and the design of strategies aimed at enhancing the cultural landscape and promoting sustainable tourism.

The Plan focuses on the economic and social revitalization of the municipality through the valorization of its natural and cultural resources, with special attention to the humanized landscape of the Duero riverbanks and the Romanesque artistic heritage. Among the strategic actions, the creation of the Espacio Durero stands out, which includes the restoration of the Molino de los Ojos and the design of thematic itineraries connected to the river landscape. The creation of the Soria Romanesque Center is also planned, as a benchmark facility for the dissemination of Romanesque art in the province. All of this is accompanied by accessibility, sustainable mobility, and participatory governance measures, thus consolidating a destination model aligned with the 2030 Agenda.
