Museographic project for the Rías Baixas Gastronomic Culture Center (Pazo de Quintáns)

Museum intervention for the experiential interpretation of the Rías Baixas’ gastronomic culture.

The project was conceived as a unique space dedicated to promoting gastronomy as the backbone of the Rías Baixas’ territorial, cultural, and economic identity. The museographic narrative develops a proposal that connects knowledge, territory, and sensory experience, with a clear educational and participatory vocation.

The museography unfolds in various complementary areas, such as a restaurant-shop, tasting and demonstration rooms, and thematic spaces dedicated to the Atlantic diet, seasonal products, flavorful landscapes, and cuisine as a space for the evolution of tradition and innovation. The intervention integrates graphic, audiovisual, olfactory, and interactive resources, as well as an educational corner for the most curious, offering an immersive and engaging experience for diverse audiences.

The technical direction for the production and museum installation was carried out in 2025.
