Documentation and inventory of the elements with historical-artistic value of the monastery kitchen, with the objective of carrying out a restoration of this location.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The work has consisted in the realization of an inventory profile of each of the elements of the kitchen where the topographical, descriptive, historical and artistic data has been included, as well as the state of conservation and bibliography. The inventory ends with a photographic annex.<\/p>\n
