Strategic plan to consolidate the sea as a driver of sustainable, cultural, and social transformation in Barcelona and Catalonia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This plan proposes a long-term vision that goes beyond the sporting event, with the aim of consolidating a structural legacy linked to the Mediterranean. Barcelona has used the America’s Cup as a catalyst to promote innovative initiatives in areas such as the blue economy, sustainability, social inclusion, maritime culture, education, and nautical sports.<\/p>\n

Structured in five major areas\u2014sustainability, innovation, social cohesion, sports, and maritime heritage\u2014the plan outlines a roadmap with coordinated actions with a territorial impact, aimed both at providing continuity to the initiatives already underway and promoting new ones. The proposal is based on public-private collaboration, institutional strengthening, and citizen involvement, with the aim of projecting Barcelona and Catalonia as international leaders in sustainable maritime transformation.<\/p>\n
