Elaboration of the Master Plan of the Born, Center of Culture and Memory, establising the strategic lines, the objectives and the programming criteria, with the objective of\u00a0 redefine the institution and the improvement of the management.<\/strong><\/p>\n This project was focuse on the analisys of the documentation generated during the opening year and the assessment of the expectations of the management team.
