Kultura is thus a dynamic and solidly built organisation that is able to provide the appropriate response to each project, relying on a portfolio of leading professionals, not to mention its great enthusiasm for each project.
Among our range of collaborators are: Museologists, museographers, architects, spaces designers, graphic designers, illustrators, set designers, lighting technicians, economists, media specialists, photographers, restorers, archaeologists, teachers, multimedia specialists, creative and technical specialists in audiovisual productions ... and recognized experts in any subject related to each project.

ANTONI NICOLAU MARTÍ
Developmet Director
Historian, museologist and cultural management specialist.
He was Director of the Museum of History of the City of Barcelona from 1993 until 2007. Antoni has been the driving force behind the company Kultura, Ideas and Strategies for Cultural Heritage since 2003. He has also served as General Director of Cultural and Scientific Relations for the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, part of the Spanish Government’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. During this time, he was responsible for Spain's cultural and scientific cooperation policies and for programmes to promote Spanish culture abroad.He has been Chairman of the International Association of City Museums (1993-1996), a member of the European Committee of History Museums and General Secretary of ICMAHICOM (the International Committee of Museums of Archaeology and History; 1998-2006)
He is currently Development Director at Kultura, Ideas and Strategies for Cultural Heritage.

TERESA MAROT I SALSAS
Project Manager
She holds an undergraduate degree and doctorate in Geography and History, specialising in Prehistory, Ancient History and Archaeology. She was curator for the Numismatic Cabinet of Catalonia at the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC) until 2000. Some of her most important work includes: coordinating the creation and design of the History Museum of Badajoz (Ikonos Cultural SL and Badajoz City Council, 2000-2001); coordinating and drafting the museological project for the Zaragoza History Centre (Ikonos Cultural SL and Zaragoza City Council) and creating, coordinating and drafting the executive museographic project and production for the Dinastía Vivanco Museum of Wine Culture in Briones, La Rioja (2001-2004). She has created several temporary exhibitions, participated in archaeological excavations, taught courses and published case studies and historical research articles in conference proceedings and specialist journals. Since 2003 she is one of the members of the Kultura team as project manager.

SILVIA PÉREZ
Administration
Technical assistant specialising in tourism companies (1992). During her professional career she has worked for various wholesale and retail travel agencies in customer service and the preparation of tourism packages.
She has done administrative work for various companies and currently provides technical and administrative support for the company Kultura, ideas and strategies for cultural heritage.
