Elaboration of the map of value of the gastronomy in the Valencian Community in the framework of the gastronomic-touristic strategy

Client: Valencian Tourism Agency

Inventory, geolocation of gastronomic resources, identification of agents, definition of potentialities and proposal of territorial strategies for better knowledge of the gastronomic tourism resources of the Valencian Community and their interrelation (thematic, territorial, etc.). The methodology has consisted in the diagnosis and translation of the data in GIS cartography and database of a selection of gastronomic resources, as well as in the elaboration of strategic lines for the promotion and dynamization of gastronomic tourism.
